For years, I have been pinning images on beautiful vintage tapestries to my inspo boards. When I bought this house, I knew I finally had the chance to incorporate one, and this big empty wall in the living room was the perfect spot. The next task was just to find one! I searched “original vintage tapestry” on Etsy. It took some digging are careful reading of descriptions (there are many reproductions these days!) but I finally found a winner.

Figuring out how I wanted to hang it also took a little research, but I settled on this brass hanger, also from Etsy! It was made custom in India, but arrived so quickly! Hanging it was definitely a two person job, but was straightforward.
